The Skelly features all-around coverage of padding to make sure as many impact areas are protected as possible and now has improved protection on the knuckles. The Skelly has slimmer padding on the fingers where they contact the tiles beneath the stick than the T2.
We have upgraded the Skelly to incorporate a cut-proof liner. The liner provides good grip, is stretchy and comfortable and the material is extremely durable.
Gloves are lasting 5+ years and counting!
Please note - in some sizes (eg 95) cutproof liners may occasionally be unavailable, in which case the liner will be black nylon coated with silicon.
If you would like a custom colour please select the option and provide details in your order notes. We can do all sorts, including metallics and glitter, and are happy to give anything a shot if you feel creative!
Please be aware that glove colour legality varies with different pucks.
I ordered the Skelly glove, but received the T2 glove. ☹️
Hydro's website makes it easy to order exactly what you need and it comes in good time.
Have been using this glove for the past 5 years. Very sturdy design—prevents bruising and is a great "shock absorber" in direct contact. I would not use any other type of glove besides this one ever again. 5*****
The glove is well crafted, however the fingers are very tight and it’s difficult to put them on/off, even when they are wet.
Hi Bart thanks so much for the feedback. If you would like a looser fit in future you can request in the order notes and we are happy to use a looser liner glove for you, should do the trick. If you want to return the glove for a looser one we are happy to do that too.
Great protection & look. A bit too tight compared to the Tank, go one size up. They are so slippery as well. I was expecting a better glove, I also ordered custom green color but got blue one instead.
