"We", "us" and "our" refers to Hydro Underwater Hockey Limited. "You", "your" refers to you the customer.

All the content on this site is copyrighted under copyright laws as a collective work, and is our property. That includes works that are licensed to us. It is permissable to copy electronically and print hard copy sections of this site for the purpose of placing an order with us and/or purchasing our products. Other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is prohibited unless permission is granted from us. Limitation of Liability
Hydro Underwater Hockey is a limited liability company and is not liable for any damages that result from the correct or incorrect use of the materials on this site.
Typographical Errors
If our product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will refund your credit card account.
Termination
By accessing the site you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

We may link to sites operated by third parties. However, we have no control over these linked sites which have separate privacy and data collection practices. You access linked sites at your own risk.
Price and payment
Prices shown against the products do not necessarily include the full cost of postage and packaging, however all shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process. We may change our prices at any time, but we will give you the option to cancel your order if we make changes after you have purchased items.
You can pay for your products using credit or debit cards via Paypal. When paying by credit card or debit card, the person placing the order must be the credit card or debit card holder or have the credit or debit card holder’s permission. Prices shown are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Our goal is to make delivery of any order within 14 days of purchase. However, we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may be experienced by the delivery company as this is out of our control. The delivery window for our standard shipping service International Air is 3-10 days but please understand that this can vary. This is by far the most cost effective service available to us in order to provide gear at competitive prices. If for any reason we anticipate any delay in delivery we will let you know as soon as possible. Please advise us of any change in delivery address as soon as possible.
Warranty
We warrant that when our products reach you they will match their description, be whole and fit for purpose.
Our warranty period for sticks and gloves manufactured by us is 3 months. If within the warranty period from the delivery date you find that the products are faulty, you have the right for the goods to be replaced. We may agree to refund you if replacement is not an option.
This warranty does not cover faults due to wear and tear from fair use, deliberate damage, negligence, using the product in abnormal conditions, misuse or through customization or alteration of the product. In the event of a refund being agreed you must return the products to us. Products not paid for in full are not covered for warranty.
Data protection
We will hold your personal information confidential and secure except to share your information with companies we appoint to provide services to you for us (like product delivery), but always on the understanding that your personal information is used only for those purposes.
