If you like your stick with a big hook, this is the stick for you.  The Numbat has as much hook as you can get while staying within CMAS rules and without unbalancing the performance of the stick.  It's got good weight and with a great front pass, this is one of the best tackling sticks around.

We have upgraded the design to Numbat 2.0, with grabbier hook, no back bevel and reduced taper for maximum hook control.

Sold as a set, 1 white and 1 black.

  • Textured handle with thumb grip texture
  • Solid polyurethane plastic, fiberglass reinforced for extra strength
  • This variant of the Numbat is 270mm long
  • Textured passing faces give excellent grip on the puck when handling and passing
  • Curved passing edges are smooth and reliable, very easy and quick to get a feel for your pass
  • Option to set your name into the handle
  • Features two holes to reduce drag
  • 10 degree bevel to suit todays modern pucks
  • Fully drillable and sandable for those who like to attach lanyards etc.

We now offer the option to print your name into the handle of your sticks!  Sick of losing your sticks poolside? This label is set into the plastic and cannot be rubbed off.  If you select this option please nominate the name or nickname you want to use in your order notes during checkout.  Please limit to 8 characters maximum.

PLEASE NOTE This product requires manufacture time - this may be up to two weeks (plus shipping time)

Love the sticks

Great sticks

The numbat 2.0 definitely has a stickiest hook around but sacrifices some maneuverability/stick skills(primarily tackling) but that is solved by just keeping that in mind. The original numbat still has a pretty good hook but is lots better at tackling on both sides and very easy handling. Between the length and thickness the original ends up being very agile, which is particularly rare with the nice hook it has. Biggest problem I have ran into with both sticks is how much you can start to rely on the hook. As long as you don’t start getting sloppy due to the hook it’s a perfect stick.

Great hook!

Great hook and good shots, it felt " right-on" and easy to play with.

Fun Stick

The hook is so great at really sticking to the puck, your teammates will quickly get annoyed with you when you play with this stick.
